Baku VIP Lounge

Departure:

  • booking possibility within 24 hours;

  • access of the car to Baku VİP Lounge special parking area;

  • meeting at the entrance and  accompanying the passenger to Baku VİP Lounge;

  • Porter service (allocating the worker to carry the baggage from the entrance of Terminal to baggage package area);

  • check the necessary documents for departure passengers, provide passengers with information on the visa rules  of the country of destination and the items prohibited to carry by air transport;

  • private accompanying the passenger to the check-in desk;

  • organization of registration of departure, passenger and baggage check-in;

  • offering and assistance  with priority seats on the aircraft;

  • providing of baggage handling;

  • if necessary advising assistance to passenger while filling the customs declaration;

  • private accompanying the passenger to the point of inspection of Aviation Security, to the Customs check-point and to the Border control post;

  • accompanying the passenger to Baku VİP Lounge (lounge furniture and interior, telephone set, Internet access (incl. Wi-Fi), periodicals and newspapers, separate smoking areas, TV, Food & Beverage etc.) to enjoy the pre-flight period (about 2 hours);    

  • providing flight information and timely invitation the passenger for boarding;

  • passenger transfer by car from Baku VİP Lounge to boarding point and assistance in carrying a hand baggage from the car up to the aircraft;

  • in the case of passengers with the restriction of movement allocation the wheelchair and an employee who takes a passenger in a wheelchair from the entrance to Baku VİP Lounge till boarding point;                                                                           

  • interpreter services.

 Arrival:

  • booking possibility within 24 hours;

  • meeting the passenger at the air stairs of the aircraft and support in carrying the hand- baggage to the car;

  • if the passenger has a baggage, pick up a baggage tag from the passenger, and pass it to a loader for identification;

  • passenger transfer from the aircraft air stairs to Baku VİP Lounge;

  • receipt of the baggage from the baggage section by the loader; handing over of the baggage to the porter in the entrance to Baku VİP Lounge (from the apron side);

  • Visa assistance if necessary;

  • accompanying the passenger to Baku VİP Lounge (lounge furniture and interior, telephone set, Internet access (incl. Wi-Fi), periodicals and newspapers, separate smoking areas, TV, Food & Beverage, etc.) to enjoy the after-flight period (about 2 hours);    

  • individual  accompanying  of the passenger to  the Border control post;

  • if necessary advising assistance to passenger while filling the customs declaration;

  • private accompanying the passenger to the Customs check-point;

  • special access of the passenger car in Baku VİP Lounge parking area;

  • interpreter services;                                                                                   

  • private  accompanying  of the passenger till leaving Baku VİP Lounge and assistance in carrying a baggage to the car;

  • in the case of passengers with the restriction of movement allocation the wheelchair and an employee who takes a passenger in a wheelchair from the landing point till leaving Baku VİP Lounge.                                                                               

A person meeting/seeing off:

  • booking possibility within 24 hours;

  • meeting at the entrance and  accompanying  the  person  meeting / seeing off to Baku VİP Lounge;

  • private accompanying the person  meeting / seeing off to the Customs check-point, the point of inspection of Aviation Security, 

  • accommodation the person  meeting / seeing off (about 2 hours) to Baku VİP Lounge (lounge furniture and interior, telephone set, Internet access (incl. Wi-Fi), periodicals and newspapers, separate smoking areas, TV, Food&Beverage  etc.);     

  • access of the car to Baku VİP Lounge special parking area;

  • provide flight information and accompanying the person  meeting / seeing off till leaving the lounge;

  • interpreter services.
